摘　　要：分析了当前历史街区保护与更新存在的问题,研究了历史街区更新与可持续发展理论之间的关系,从历史街区文脉的继承、经济的可持续和公众参与三个方面论述了历史街区的可持续性保护与更新,从而处理好历史文化风貌的保护与城市建设发展的矛盾。The existing problems in present historical street blocks protection and renovation were analyzed, the relations between historical street blocks renovation and sustainable developed theory were studied. The sustainable protection and renovation of historical street blocks were discussed from historical street blocks context inheritance, economy sustainable and public participation so as to dispose better the contradiction between historical culture visage protection and urban construction development.
