摘 要:以Rice的裂尖钝化模型为基础,定义了Ⅰ+Ⅱ型载荷下裂纹张开位移(简称COD)δ,裂纹尖端Ⅰ型张开位移(简称CTOD)δt和Ⅱ型滑开位移(简称CTSD)δs,对40CrNiMo钢Ⅰ+Ⅱ型弹塑性断裂行为进行了COD分析,讨论了复合型载荷下的COD与J积分的关系.结果表明:1)随Ⅱ型分量增加,40CrNiMo启裂的δi值降低,纯Ⅰ型的δi是纯Ⅱ型δi值的2.5倍;2)不同复合载荷下的δ、δt、δs与J积分均满足线性关系.Based on the blunting model proposed by Rice, the crack opening displacement(COD)δ,the crack tip opening displacement(CTOD)δt and the crack tip slipping displacement(CTSD)δs under mixed Ⅰ+Ⅱ mode loading were defined, where(CTOD)δt and(CTSD)δs are the mode Ⅰ and mode Ⅱ components of(COD)δ respectively. The δ parameter was used to analyse the behavior of mixed Ⅰ+Ⅱ elasticplastic fracture of 40CrNiMo steel, and the relationships between δ and Jintegral for different mixed ratios were also discussed. The results show that: 1) the initiation of δi of 40CrNiMo decreases with an increasing of mode Ⅱ component, and the δi of pure mode Ⅰ loading is 2.5 times of δi of pure mode Ⅱloading ; 2) the δ、δt、δs and Jintegral for different mixed ratios satisfy the linear relations.
