摘  要:对组合板框式巨型模锻压机主机架的关键件C形板进行理论受力分析,得到工作载荷P与夹紧拉杆预紧力F0之间的关系。通过非线性有限元软件MARC建立大型模锻压机C形板结构的三维有限元模型,将理论推导出来的夹紧拉杆预紧力应用到有限元模型中,以理论解为依据,在理论解周围取一系列数值进行分析对比,得出夹紧拉杆预紧力F0的大小对C形板与十字键接触状态的好坏有直接影响。对压机的设计具有重要的参考价值和现实意义。The theoretical analysis of C plate that frame combination of heavy-duty die forging hydraulic press is finished, can get the relations that pressure and the preload of the drawbars. A three-dimension finite element model of the whole mechanical systems is based on the MARC software platform. Then the results of theory will be applied to the finite element model and criterion is contact status of C plate with the four-way controller. Analysis a series by 13 groups preload of clamping drawbars. According to the data, clamping drawbars that preload a direet impact on the size of C plate with the four-way controller of the contact state is good or bad, the revised solution will become an important reference value and practical significance for the design of the press.
