摘 要:从缝合复合材料的工程实际应用、工艺、力学性能、分析方法等方面对缝合复合材料的制备工艺和力学性能研究发展状况进行了比较全面系统的阐述与分析,重点介绍了缝合复合材料的各种力学性能及其强度分析模型.在强度分析模型中,介绍了弹性矩阵场函数和缝合复合材料强度场的概念.缝合复合材料在结构整体性、层间性能以及低速冲击损伤阻抗等方面具有明显的优势,克服了普通层合板层间性能以及低速冲击后压缩性能低的弱点.但是,缝合复合材料的工艺相对比较复杂,缝合对层合板的部分面内力学性能存在一定的负面影响,而且在湿热环境条件下其层间强度高的优势无法发挥.在选用缝合时,应根据所用层合板的铺层顺序及其使用的环境条件,同时还应兼顾缝合对铺层面内力学性能的影响,决定是否使用缝合结构.在湿热性能要求不高的结构中,如导弹结构,缝合复合材料已经得到了很好的应用.Fabricating process and mechanical property research of stitched composite materials and their development are discussed, including stitched composite applications, process, mechanical properties and analysis methods. The mechanical properties and the strength analysis model of stitched composites are illustrated emphatically. The concepts of elasticity matrix field function and strength field of stitched composites are put forward firstly in the strength analysis model. There are obvious advantages with stitched composites, such as structure integrate, great interface mechanical properties, compressive properties after low velocity impact and so on, and thus they have attracted much attention in Europe and America and other advanced countries. However, the processing technologies of stitched composites are relatively more complicated. Stitching has negetive effect on some inplane mechanical properties, and the advantage of great interface mechanical properties cannot be brought into play under hygrothermal conditions. Therefore, the engineering application of stitched composites is affected to certain degree. Laminate sequences, applied environment conditions, and stitching effect on in-plane lamina mechanical properties should be studied systematically when the decision whether stitched structures are adopted is made. Stitched composites have been used in missile structures where the hygrothermal properties are not so much required.
