摘　　要：当前,被业界广泛推崇的体现先进管理思想的ERP遭遇低的实施成功率,面临发展困境。本文分析了ERP风险的来源,提出了风险防范对策,最后指出了当前可行的ERP风险评估方式。Presently, the ERP which is manifested by the field widespread esteem as the advanced management concept is experiencing low implementation success ratio, facing with development diflfcult position. This article has analyzed the ERP risk origin, proposed the risk prevention measure, has pointed out the current feasible ERP risk assessment way finally.
