摘　　要：为了使企业网站能及时更新,具有个性和便于维护管理,提出了使用内容管理系统(CMS)来构建一个基于内容管理的企业级网站的解决方案。介绍了有关内容管理的技术背景和相关理论,论述了运用内容管理的理论和相关技术,采用J2EE技术构建一个基于内容管理的企业级网站系统架构的过程。详细介绍了该网站的主要设计目标以及围绕该目标的具体设计思路,重点介绍了权限管理、文件的上传与下载、新闻管理这3大关键技术模块的设计与实现。A solution is proposed, which can meet the basic needs to update the enterprise website by deploying a content management system （CMS） to construct a CMS based enterprise website. The CMS is used to make the site dynamic and interactive and make it easy to manage and maintain the site. The content management theory and relevant technical background is described, the detailed process by using the theory and related technology to build a J2EE technology-based enterprise content management website is discussed and a detailed analysis of the main design goals of the website and objectives on these specific design ideas is made. On how to design and implement the three key technical modules are mainly discussed including, the management module ofuser privileges, fileuploading and downloading module, corporate information management module.
