摘　　要：提高发射效率、缩短测试时间、优化测试流程是航天发射任务长期的要求。采用系统工程理论,在对测试发射工艺流程进行分析的基础上,构建了一套新的测试发射工艺流程;应用系统网络技术建立了流程的网络图;应用层次分析法,建立了测试发射流程评估分析模型,对流程方案进行了评估分析,初步验证了实施方案的合理性和可行性。Increasing launch efficiency, reducing test time and optimizing test flow chart are the long-standing needs of space launch missions in China. The theory of system engineering is used, based on the analysis of the test and launch flow chart of launch vehicles, a new type of implementing project of the test and launch flow is put forward. The flow chart is established, applying the technique of system network. The evaluation model of the test and launch procedure is established based on the analytical hierarchy process. Evaluation of the flow chart is done, which proves its rationality and feasibility.
