摘 要:生态足迹法是一种度量可持续发展程度的有效方法。运用生态足迹方法对黑龙江省进行可持续发展状态分析。结果表明,26年来黑龙江省生态足迹呈现快速上升趋势,而生态承载力缓慢下降,从而导致黑龙江省的生态赤字逐年加大。2005年黑龙江省生态赤字已经达到0.745hm2,是当年生态承载力的0.8倍。和全国以及世界相比,黑龙江省生态赤字高于世界平均水平而低于全国平均水平。Ecological footprint method is an effective mean for quantitatively measuring the sustainable development degree. By using the ecological footprint method, this paper aimed to analyze the sustainable development status of Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that during the past 26 years, the ecological footprint in Heilongjiang Province had shown a rapid increasing trend; however, the ecological capacity had decreased at the same time, which induced that the ecological deficit was increasing year by year. The ecological deficit in 2005 reached 0.745 hm^2, which meant that the ecological footprint was 0.8-fold more than the ecological capacity. Compared with our country and the whole world, the ecological deficit of Heilongjiang Province was beyond the global and under the country.
