摘　　要：综述了瘤胃微生物生长所需要的底物,影响瘤胃微生物蛋白质合成及其效率的因素,提出了提高瘤胃微生物合成量的具体可行的调控措施和测定方法。This paper summarized the substrates which were required by rumen microbes＇ growth and the factors which influenced the efficiency of microbial protein synthesis. Feasible control measures and measurements were also proposed to promote the amount of microbial protein synthesis in tureen.
