摘　　要：该文针对农业科研单位科技产业发展中的问题,如产业制度问题、产业资源配置问题,技术研发机制问题,产品品牌认识问题等,提出了通过改革创新产业制度、资源配置、用人机制、技术和品牌等方面,探求促进农业科研单位科技产业发展的有效措施。The paper elaborated the problems in the industry development of agricultural research institutes including management system, resource allocation, mechanism for developing new technology, acknowledgement of product brand, etc. Given these problems, the paper put forward the effective measures for developing industries of agricultural research institutions including reform and renovation of management system, resource allocation, mechanism for recruiting the personnel, technology development and creating new product brand.
