摘 要:本文利用冲击磨损实验机,扫描电镜,X射线衍射仪等仪器观察与分析了Ni-P(Ce)及Ni-Cu-P(Ce)镀层在冲击磨损过程中的磨损现象。其中Ni-P镀层的冲击磨损过程主要表现为镀层的加工硬化、片状剥落与粘着磨损。加入稀土Ce后,增加了镀层的硬度、改变了其结构,减缓了镀层加工硬化程度,并推迟了粘着磨损的发生。而Ni-Cu-P镀层的冲击磨损除了塑性变形,疲劳片状剥落外,与Ni-P(Ce)镀层不同的是还有点蚀剥落。加入稀土Ce后,改善了镀层的结构,明显提高了镀层的抗冲击磨损性能,但没有改变镀层的冲击磨损机制。实验表明,Ni-Cu-P(Ce)镀层抗冲击磨损性能远远高于Ni-P(Ce)镀层。The behavior of the impact wear of Ni P(Ce) and Ni Cu P(Ce) coatings prepared by brush plating was investigated by impact wear test machine, scanning electron microscopy, X ray diffraction. The results showed that the main forms of impact wear were plastic deformation, work hardening, fatique delamination and adhesion wear. After cerium was added, the hardness of the coating was increased and the structure of the coating was changed. Furthermore the work hardening of Ni P coating was lightened and adhesion wear was delayed and the structure and impact wear resistance of Ni Cu P coating was improved when cerium was added, whereas the mechanism of the impact wear was not changed.
