摘 要:投影栅相位法是检测三维曲面形体几何尺寸的较为有效的光学手段。可是当采用这种方法检测较大尺寸的试件时,若使用单幅图象,处理得到的数据点分布比较稀疏,而且对光学装置提出了更高的要求。为此本文建立了投影栅相位法多幅图象的拼接处理技术,通过分块采集、分块处理,最终拼为一体的方法,解决了投影栅相位法检测较大试件时存在的问题。不仅提高了数字图象的采集精度和处理精度,而且降低了对硬件系统的要求。实例分析验证了该技术的有效性和实用性。Phase detection of projected grating is an effective method which can be used to measure the shape of a 3 D object. If a large object is measured with only one image, the data maybe are very sparse, and the optical setup must be modified. A new piecing method of digital image is proposed which can be use to measure the large object with dense data. By piecing of two images, not only the accuracy and sensitivity are all increased, but also the requirement to system experiment is decreased. The effect of this piecing technique is proved by an experiment analysis.
