摘　　要：分析了地方性高校船舶与海洋工程专业人才培养现状、人才培养模式的定位和原则,提出了船舶与海洋工程专业创新人才培养模式的构想。The present Situation of personnel training and the position and principle of training mode are researched on naval architecture and ocean engineering speciality, the idea of innovative personnel training mode is presented.
