摘 要:在温室盆栽玉米条件下,应用平板计数法、氯仿熏蒸浸提法和Biolog微平板法,进行施用菌剂、生物复混肥、有机无机复混肥和无机肥对土壤微生物的影响试验。结果表明,施用生物复混肥可显著提高土壤中细菌、真菌和放线菌数量,增加土壤微生物量碳、氮的含量;增强土壤微生物利用单一碳源的能力,提高土壤微生物群落的功能多样性;促进土壤微生物生态系统的稳定,改善土壤微生物群落的生态功能。The effects of bio-compound fertilizer on soil microorganism were assessed using plate count method, CHCI3 fumigation-extraction method and Biolog micro-plate technique on potted corn plants in greenhouses. Results showed that bio-compound fertilizer treatment increased the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in soil. The fertilizer treatment also increased the amount of C and N in soil microbial biomass, and the capacity to utilize single carbon substrate, it also increased biodiversity and evenness of soil microbial community. Therefore, the bio-compound fertilizer treatment was beneficial to the diversity and function of soil microbial community. It also promoted the stability of soil ecological system and improved ecological functions of soil microbial community.
