摘 要:目的测定基因工程B6;129-Gt(ROSA)26Sor小鼠血液生理生化正常值。方法采用全自动血细胞分析仪和全自动生化测定仪能分别对5~6周雄性、6~7周雌性ROSA小鼠的血液常规及生化值进行测定。结果ROSA雄雌小鼠血常规比较,中性粒细胞百分率(GR)、中性粒细胞计数(GR#)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)之间比较差异显著(P〈0.05),红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞比积(Ht)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)之间比较差异非常显著(P〈0.01);血液生化值雄雌小鼠比较,血肌酐(Cre)间差异显著(P〈0.05),白蛋白(Alb)、总胆固醇(TC)间差异非常显著(P〈0.01),其它指标差异不显著。结论该小鼠的某些生理生化指标值在雄雌间有一定的差异。Objective To determine normal range of the blood routine values and blood biochemical parameters of the genetically engineered mice (B6;129-Gt (ROSA) 26Sor). Methods Blood routine examination was performed by the automatic hematology analyzer and blood biochemical parameters were determined by the automatic biochemical analyzer in male ROSA mice aged from 5 to 6 weeks and female ROSA mice aged from 6 to 7 weeks. Results The differences in granulocyte count, percentage of granulocyte, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the differences in red-cell count, hematocrit, haemoglobin and platelet distribution width were very significant (P 〈 0.01 ) between female and male ROSA mice. The difference in blood creatinine level was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the differences in albumin and total cholesterol levels were very significant ( P 〈 0.01 ) between female and male ROSA mice. Conclusion There are definite differences in physiological and biochemical parameters between female and male ROSA mice.
