摘 要:研究了三维零件图上尺寸的自动标注,引入图论中的约束理论,按零件建模的实体结构划分图元,并将其作为体素,根据零件建模过程中形成的结构树,体素拓扑关系图,然后对体素表面之间约束关系划分为5种类型,对体素之间建立表面约束,将体素拓扑图用体素的表面约束的约束链来表示,并采用面约束多链解单链的方法,去除冗余约束,建立了面约束与尺寸的一一对应关系,并根据约束的是否解除来决定是否需要标注尺寸.通过实例证明,本方法可以自动计算尺寸冗余,实现三维零件的尺寸自动标注.Intelligent dimensioning on 3-dimensional parts is studied. The bounding theory in the realm of graph is inducted in the paper. The body element which divided by the entity in the modeling of a part is regarded as primitive, the topological relation figure between them are established according to the structure tree in the modeling of the part. Afterwards, the constraint relation between body elements is divided into 5 types and the surface constraints between them are founded. Those surface constraints are formed constrained chain which is expressed by topological figure. A method is used to convert multiple chain into single chain and eliminate the redundant constraint, so one to one correspondence relationship between surface constraint and dimension is formed. Dimensioning on a position is depended on the constraint there. It is testified by example that the method can compute redundant dimension and achieve 3D-parts' intelligent dimensioning.
