摘　　要：无形资产是科学技术的结晶,其主体是知识产权。医院是科技密集型行业,发展与提高效益几乎全赖科学技术。当前多形式、多渠道筹集卫生资金,广泛开展院际和国际科技合作,必然产生新的产权关系。时代需要我们更新观念,努力塑造、培植、积累并维护医院的无形资产。经过分析作如下探讨:无形资产的界定诠释与基本点;科学技术走势强劲,无形资产大幅飙升;无形资产在医院的价值转移;保护知识产权迫在眉睫;构建全方位的无形资产管理体系。Development and use of medical sciences and technologies are discussed from several dimensions such as to what degree they decide the growth of medical productive forces; how to adjust priorities to local and hospital's conditions so as to make reasonable and dynamic balances between scientific excellence and promising experiences; and how to formulate a far-sighted,broadly - based policy of overall consideration and all - round arrangement so as effectively to integrate the efforts and activities of a wide range of aspects, including government departments,vocational and part-time researchers,professional colleges,universities,and associations.
