摘 要:选择健康小尾寒羊20只,随机分为5组,每组4只,分别口服钼、铜和锌,Ⅰ组30 mg/(kg.d)钼、Ⅱ组30 mg/(kg.d)钼+15 mg/(kg.d)铜、Ⅲ组30 mg/(kg.d)钼+15 mg/(kg.d)锌、Ⅳ组30 mg/(kg.d)钼+15 mg/(kg.d)铜+15 mg/(kg.d)锌、Ⅴ组羊口服无离子水,试验期75 d。定期采血,测定血液T、B淋巴细胞百分率及其绝对值和血清α、γ球蛋白含量。结果表明,高剂量钼(钼≥30 mg/(kg.d))可引起绵羊T、B淋巴细胞百分率下降,造成免疫损伤。其中B淋巴细胞较敏感。30 mg/(kg.d)钼降低了血清γ球蛋白和α球蛋白含量。锌对钼中毒绵羊免疫功能有一定的保护作用,而铜的保护作用不明显;15 mg/(kg.d)锌和15 mg/(kg.d)铜协同对30 mg/(kg.d)钼所致绵羊的免疫损害有很好的保护效果。Twenty healthy sheep were divided into five groups of four animals each, fed with different dosage of molybdenum (Mo) ,copper (Cu) and zinc( Zn) separately : Group Ⅰ Mo 30 mg/(kg · d) ,Group Ⅱ Mo 30 mg/(kg · d) +Cu 15 mg/(kg · d),Group Ⅲ Mo 30 mg/(kg · d)+Zn 15 mg/(kg · d),Group Ⅳ Mo 30 mg/(kg · d)+Cu 15 mg/ (kg · d)+Zn 15 mg/(kg · d),and group Ⅴ (control group) sheep drink the deionization water. The experiment last 75 days. The sheep blood samples were collected regularly to determine the percentage of T,B lymphocyte and the α- fibrinoplastin and γ-fibrinoplastin levels. The result showed that in exceed Mo (Mo≥30 mg/(kg · d)) group both the T,B lymphocyte numbers decreased. In Mo (30 mg/(kg · d)) group the a globulin and y-globulin serumlevels reduced,Zn(15 mg/(kg · d)) lessen the decrease of y-globulin,so as Cu(15 mg/(kg · d)) did on α-globulin,and Zn (15 mg/(kg · d))and Cu(15 mg/(kg · d)) has very good synergic effect in protecting from Mo(30 mg/(kg · d)) poisoning.
