摘　　要：目的了解丙泊酚麻醉胃肠镜术后患者意识恢复状况,探讨最佳留院观察时间。方法以问卷调查形式对丙泊酚麻醉胃肠镜术后患者的记忆力、定向力、精神兴奋性、运动协调性及疲劳感进行研究。结果患者术后30min逆行性遗忘发生率为2%,部分受术者术后30min内精神兴奋性提高,有欣快感,1～20min定向力受影响,而运动协调性降低和疲劳感可能持续至术后60min。结论丙泊酚无痛胃肠镜术后,应留院观察至少60min。【Objective】To study the consciousness recovery and the observation time course for medical outpatient after endoscopy under general anesthesia with Propofol.【Methods】To investigate the conditions of memory,orientation,excitability,concordance and fatigue for postoperative patients by questionnaire.【Results】2% of patients had retrograde amnesia in 30 minutes after surgery.Some patients had excitability along with euphoria in 30 minutes.Orientation was partly damaged during 1 to 20 minutes.The damage of concordance and fatigue lasted 1 hour after surgery.【Conclusion】The conditions of memory,orientation,excitability,concordance and fatigue do not recover to the preoperative level in endoscopy patients after anesthesia with Propofol though the patients＇ consciousness recovered in a short time.It is not fit for all patients to be observed for 30 minutes in the clinic observiting room.It needs to be based on patient＇s condition,individual different response to drugs and whether they have companion or not to guarantee the safety of patients.
