膀胱黏膜白斑的诊断及治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱黏膜白斑的临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法了解病史,膀胱镜检查及病理学检查。结果137例长期反复出现尿急、尿频、尿痛、下腹不适。膀胱镜下见三角区"堆雪样"白斑病变。病理报告为鳞状上皮化生,部分细胞异型改变。结论常规化验、B超、KUB、IVP、CT、MRI等只是鉴别诊断的依据,膀胱黏膜白斑的诊断依赖于膀胱镜检查及病理学检查。膀胱镜下有典型的病理改变。治疗以经尿道电切为主。【Objective】 To explore the clinical symptoms and diagnostic criteria of vesical mucous membrane leukoplaskia to prevent it＇s local pathological malignant change.【Methods】The patients＇ history were investigated,cystoscopy and pathology examination were performed.【Results】The symptoms of 137 patients with urinary urgency,urinary frequency,urinary pain,and uncomfortable lower abdoment have been repeatedly appeared over a long period of time.The vesical leukoplaskia pathological change as ＂Snow pile＂in the trigone of bladder can be observed with cystoscopy.The pathological report concluded squamous intraepithelial metaplasia,partial cells abnormal model change.【Conclusion】A Routine Urine Test,Ultrasound B,KUB,IVP,CT,MRI,etc.are only the basis of distinguishing diagnosis.Vesical mucous membrane leukoplaskia is dependent on cystoscopy and pathology examination.A typical pathological change can be observed with cystoscopy.TUR may trate the Vesical mucous membrane leukplaskia.
