摘　　要：文章在分析就业政策评估指标研究文献的基础上,结合就业形式多样化和就业市场全球化的发展趋向,预测并分析了就业政策评估指标研究的几个明显趋势:评估指标体系化、定量定性结合化、指标内容深入化、评估对象具体化、适用范围扩大化、指标体系国际化。文章认为构建全面、科学、深入、针对性强,且具有较高国际可比性的就业政策评估指标体系,是支撑就业政策研究的基础性工作。This paper analyses the research literature about indicators for the evaluation of employment policy. Considering the background of diversification of employment forms and the development trend of employment market globatization, this paper forecasts and analyses some research trends on the evaluation of employment policy evaluation. These trends are indicators systematization, combination of quantity and quality, in-depth indicators, object pertinence, scope enlargement, and indicators internationalization.
