摘　　要：半城市化是世界各国在工业化、城市化过程中的普遍现象,中国的半城市化问题更为突出和复杂。化解"半城市化"应深化城乡二元户籍管理体制、二元土地管理体制、城市设置标准、城市管理体制等制度的改革。Semi-urbanization happens in almost every country around the world during its industrialization and urbanization, peri-urhanization in China seems more typical and more complicated. Relieving Chinese peri-urbanization problems is to reform the Urban ＆ Rural Dualistic Household Registration System, Dualistic Land Managerial Systems, and Standards for City Establishment and the Urban Management System.
