摘　　要：为治理油井的偏磨问题,综合评价各类防偏磨技术的有效性,研制了模拟现场杆管往复运动的偏磨试验装置。该装置由动力传动转换机构、试验台架、加载系统和控制部分组成,可以实现对抽油杆和油管的室内往复摩擦、磨损试验。实际应用表明,该试验台具有测试精确、操作灵活方便的特点。In order to solve the problem of eccentric wear in oil wells and evaluate the validity of measures against eccentric wear, a test facility to simulate the wear in the alternate motion between rod and casing was developed. The facility, which could help to fulfill the indoor experiment, consisted of electric motor, reductor, power transmission and test stand. The experiment proved that the facility was accuracy and convenient.
