等比重罗哌卡因用于高龄患者经尿道前列腺电切术的安全性

摘　　要：目的观察等比重罗哌卡因用于高龄患者经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的临床效果和安全性。方法75岁以上TURP手术患者100例,采用等比重0.5%罗哌卡因行腰-硬联合麻醉,记录麻醉前(T0)、麻醉后5min(T1)、10min(T2)、15min(T3)、20min(T4)、30min(T5)及术毕时(T6)的SBP、DBP、MAP及HR。结果术中血流动力学平稳,无并发症发生。结论等比重罗哌卡因用于高龄患者TURP,具有起效迅速、麻醉效果满意和血流动力学稳定的优点。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of isobaric solution of ropivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia（CSEA） in the elderly. Methods One hundred patients over seventy-five years old undergoing transurethral electroprostatectomy（TURP） were given CSEA with isobaric solution of 0. 5% ropivacaine. Systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure（DBP） ,mean arterial presure（MAP） and heart rate（HR） were recorded before anesthesia,at 5,10,15,20,30 min after subarachnoid ropivacaine injection,and at the end of surgery. Results The changes of circulation was nonsignificant. The physiologic reaction was steady and there were no complications. Conclusion The isobaric solution of ropivacaine for CSEA can be used effectively and safely in the elderly undergoing TURP with stable circulation.
