摘 要:采用自行设计光催化反应装置,以纳米TiO2作为光催化,对经厌氧处理后的酒糟废水进行光催化降解,讨论了光催化剂投加量、光照时间等因素对光催化反应的影响规律。在单因素试验的基础上选择对处理效果影响较大的四个因素进行了L9(43)四因素三水平的正交试验,确定了最佳处理工艺条件:废水的初始COD为650mg·L-1,初始pH9.0,光照时间为6h时,光催化投加量2g·L-1,在此最佳工艺条件下,光催化降解后的COD、BOD5、SS、色度、pH均达到国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)二级标准,同时还能达到除臭、灭菌、消毒的效果。The grains wastewater treated anaerobic treatment was treated by using photocatalyst reactor of self design, with photocatalytic degradation process and the nm-TiO2 as photocatalyst. The effect of quality ofphotocatalyst and light application time was discussed. The three factors three levels orthogonal experiment was used on the base of single factor method. The optimal treatment condition: when the COD ofinitial concentration was 650 mg ·L^-1, pH was 9.0, light application time was 6 h, and the quality ofphotocatalyst was 2 g ·L^-1, the discharge amount of COD, BODs, SS, chroma and the pH was reached the Guobiao(GB8978-1996), and the same time, it has the good effect of smelly, sterilizing and disinfect.
