摘　　要：自然灾害下妇幼卫生服务管理信息系统作为防灾救灾活动的组织进行和控制的综合管理,贯穿于实现抗灾救护长远规划目标的全过程之中,它包括灾害医学防治规划、管理控制、运行控制和应急救护处理措施等。本文初步探讨了自然灾害下妇幼卫生服务管理信息系统中计算机信息技术的应用,及其在抗灾救护功能系统的规划设计与管理方面的优化问题。Management Information Sytem for maternal and child health care under disasters is one kind of management in organizing, operating and controlling for resisting disasters and rescuing people. It runs through the 'whole procedure of realizing the long - term plan of resisting disasters and rescuing people, and it consists of plan of disaster medicinal prevention, management control, operation control and measures for emergency treatment. The paper discusses the applications of computer on maternal and child health care under disasters and gives some opinions in this researching field.
