胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜磷脂和氨基己糖水平的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)大鼠胃黏膜黏液层磷脂、氨基己糖水平的影响。[方法]采用自制反流液灌胃建立实验性BRG大鼠模型,以多潘立酮为对照,比色法和氯仿抽提法检查大鼠胃黏膜黏液层磷脂、氨基己糖水平。[结果]与模型组比较,胃炎饮可明显提高实验性BRG大鼠胃黏膜黏液层磷脂、氨基己糖水平(P<0.05或<0.01)。[结论]胃炎饮具有升高模型大鼠胃黏膜黏液层磷脂、氨基己糖水平,保护胃黏膜的作用。[Objective]To observe the effect of Weiyanyin on hexosamine and phosphatide in mucosal of experimental bile reflux gastritis rats. [Methods]The model of experiment bile reflux gastritis was made by drinking reflux liquid. Compared with Domperidone, the effects of Weiyanyin on the mucosal hexosamine, phosphatide content of bile reflux gastritis rats were observed. [Results]The content of hexosamine and phosphatide were decreased in the model group （P〈 0. 01）; Compared with model group, Weiyanyin could increase the content of hexosamine and phosphatide of experimental bile reflux gastritis rats（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]Wetyaincrease the content of hexosamine and phosphatide,and protect mucosal of experimental bile reflux gastritis rats effectively.
