摘  要:制定了ZN490柴油机的磨合规范,进行了磨合试验,包括空载运行、负载运行、调试及验收阶段。通过铁谱分析技术,可实现对其状态监测,指导磨合规范的制定,对新发动机的合理使用和大修后的磨合工作提供技术支持。定量和定性铁谱分析结果表明:0~5min时,铁谱片上磨粒数量增加快、粒度大,发动机摩擦副的磨损量大、磨损率高,为磨合初期;5~20min时,发动机的磨损率逐渐降低,为磨合中期;20~35min时,磨损烈度指数曲线变化平稳,磨粒细化,氧化物减少,为磨合后期;35min后,发动机转速及载荷的增加与减少并未对磨粒数量及粒度的变化造成很大影响;试验结束时,摩擦副表面已建立起稳定的磨损及润滑状态,发动机已完成磨合阶段并向正常磨损阶段过渡。因此,针对ZN490柴油机制定的磨合规范是合理的。The running-in testing, including non-load running, load operating, adjustment and acceptance, were conducted and the running-in criteria of ZN490 diesel engine was determined. Ferrography analysis technology can be used to monitor the engine condition to determine the running-in criteria and to provide technical support of running-in process for new and overhauled engine. The quantitative and qualitative ferrography analysis shows that in the initial running-in period of 0-5 minutes, the bigger worn particles increase rapidly with the higher wearing rate of friction pairs; in the intermediate running-in period of 5-20 minutes, the wearing rate trends towards decrease; in the final running-in period of 20-35 minutes, the index of wear intensity changes less, the worn particles become more fine and the oxides decrease; after 35 minutes, the increase or decrease of the engine speed and load had a few effects on the quantity and size of worn particles. When the running-in test ends, the stable wear and lubricating conditions of friction pairs have been established and the engine has entered into normal running-in stage. It is shown that the determined running-in criteria of ZN490 diesel engine is reasonable.
