次磷酸钠工业生产副产物综合利用研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了次磷酸钠工业生产中产生的副产物综合利用方法,包括以次磷酸钠工业生产过程产生的亚磷酸钙废渣为原料制取优质磷烷,及以工业生产次磷酸钠产生的磷化氢尾气为原料制取电子级磷酸和高纯黄磷等生产工艺和有关技术。建议这些副产物综合治理方法在国内有关厂家推广使用,既保护环境,又可以为厂家带来可观的经济效益。the integrated utilization of by-products produced from industrial production of sodium hypophosphite was introduced in this paper,including calcium phosphite,which was brought in process of industrial producing sodium hypophosphite,as raw material to prepare high quality phosphine and the other by-product phosphine exhaust gas as raw material to prepare electronic phosphate acid and high quality phosphor.Integrated utilization methods of these by-products were advised to apply in correlational manufactories;the methods could protect the environment as well as bringing considerable economic benefit for manufactories.
