摘　　要：针对我国居住区智能化系统的现状及其发展趋势,分析了新一代通信在居住小区中的应用。阐述了嵌入式智能终端在居住区智能化系统中的产业化应用技术模式。并提出了面向现代服务业的居住区智能化系统应用技术理念。Aiming at the current situation and development trend of residential district intelligent system in China, the application of new generation communication was analyzed. The industrialization application technology mode of intelligent embedded terminal in residential district intelligent system were elaborated. The application technology of residential district intelligent system oriented modern service trade was put forward.
