摘 要:采用带有湿法分散单元Hydro 2000MU的马尔文激光粒度仪MS2000,对超细氧化铝粉体粒度进行分析。主要考察了超声强度、背景、表面活性剂、吸收率、转速和遮光度等几方面因素对粉体分散性能的影响,确立了超细氧化铝粉体粒度分析的基本实验条件,即超声强度为15,吸收率为0.1,转速为2850 r/min,遮光度为10%,水为分散介质,加入质量分数为2%六偏磷酸钠4 mL和质量分数为2%十二烷基苯磺酸钠2滴。方法具有很高的准确性和数据重现性。Analysis was made on determination of panicle size of superfine alumina powder by Marvan MS2000 with Hydro 2000MU. Influence of factors, such as ultrasound intensity, background, surfactant, absorption rate, pump speed, and obscuration,on dispersion performance of the powders was mainly investigated. These tests confirmed the basic experiment conditions of superfine alumina powder that intensity of ultrasound was 15, absorption rate was 0. 1 , pump speed was 2 850 r/min, obscuration was 10% ,4 mI, sodium hexametaphosphate with mass fraction of 2% and 2 drops of sodium dode- cylbnzene sulfonate with mass fraction of 2% were added to the dispersant of water. This method has excellent accuracy and high data reproducibility.
