摘 要:硫酸钡重量法是目前测定卤水中硫酸根应用最为广泛的分析方法之一,而在高硼盐卤体系中,按照传统的硫酸钡重量法测定硫酸根会产生一定的偏差。首先通过单一因素实验,确定高硼体系中硼对重量法测硫酸根的干扰,继而通过正交试验,考察了在高硼盐卤体系中,硼硫物质的量比、pH及加入的氯化钡浓度对硫酸钡重量法测定偏差的影响,并得出了主要影响因素和综合影响规律。其中pH大小对硫酸钡重量法的影响最大,氯化钡溶液浓度的影响次之,硼硫物质的量比影响较小,为该方法修正与改进提供试验依据。At present, barium sulfate gravimetric method is one of the most common analysis methods for determination of sulfate radical, but by use of traditional barium sulfate gravimetric method may cause deviation to some degree in high boron bittern system. In single factor experiment, effect of borate on determination of sulfate radical by barium sulfate gravimetric method in high boron bittern system was cofirmed firstly. Then effect of amount-of-substance ratio of boron to sulfur, pH, and concentration of barium chloride on determination deviation was investigated respectively by orthogonal experiment in high boron bittern system, and main influence factors and comprehensive influence characteristics were obtained. Among them pH has major influence, and influence of concentration of barium chloride is lower. Influece of amount-of-substance ratio of boron to sulfur is the smallest. All these conditions provide the experimental methods basis on the modification and improvement of the analysis method in the high boron bittern system.
