老年人家庭功能状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人家庭功能状况及影响因素。方法调查抽取安徽省临泉和全椒地区1个街道和1个行政村,对实足年龄在60岁～2212名常住老年人进行问卷调查。内容包括一般情况、营养膳食情况、生活习惯和家庭功能状况等,并对他们的孤独状况和社会支持等进行评定。结果11.8%的老年人家庭功能出现严重障碍,34.3%的老年人家庭功能中度障碍,53.9%老年人的家庭功能良好。单因素分析中家庭功能与婚姻状况、年龄、文化程度、居住地等有关;有序Logistic回归分析结果显示,家庭功能状况影响因素为孤独、社会支持、子女孝顺等。结论老年人家庭功能状况值得关注,社会和子女应重视对老年人家庭功能的建立。Objective To investigate the family function and related factors of the elderly in Anhui province.Methods Among 2 212 people aged 60 years and above in Anhui province,a questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain data regarding family function,loneliness,social support.Results 46.1% of the elderly had family dysfunction,and 53.9% had good family function.In univariate analysis,marital status,age,educational level,and residential area had significant correlation with family function.The ordinal logistic regression showed that loneliness,social support,and filial piety were associated with family function.Conclusion The family function of the elderly deserves to be cared about,and the society and the family member should pay more attention to family function for the elderly.
