摘  要:首次建立了固相萃取(SPE)-高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测水中6种杀菌剂(多菌灵、萎锈灵、噻菌灵、敌菌灵、戊唑醇、恶霉灵)的方法,并优化了固相萃取和高效液相色谱的条件。对杂环类杀菌剂的检出限为0.013~0.046mg/L,回收率为75.9%~96.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.57%~5.39%,线性范围为0.1~10mg/L。A analysis method of heterocyclic fungicides in water was developed by using solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography. Conditions of gradient elution and HPLC separation of the toxicant were also optimized. It was found that linear relationship between peak area and concentration of heterocyclic fungicides holds in the range of 0.1-10 mg/L Detection limit of the method was found to be 0.013-0.046 mg/L. RSD's was 2.57-5.39%. The average recovery of heterocyclic fungicides was around 75.9-96.8%.
