摘　　要：3Cr2W8V钢冲模在短期使用中就发生断裂,经分析,认为是冲模材料中存在着带状、大块状和半网状亚稳定共晶碳化物和带状、链状二次碳化物,导致模具组织不均匀和应力集中而早期断裂报废。3Cr2W8V steel die broke in short-term service. The analysis on the reason of fracture of die indicated that bended,massive and semi-network metastable eutectic carbides as well as bended and chain secondary carbides in the raw material would lead to inhomogeneous structure and stress concentration in the die and induce the early fracture of die.
