中老年男性血SOD、FBG、TG、TC及免疫球蛋白含量分析

摘　　要：目的探讨衰老过程中机体内酶、血糖、血脂及免疫球蛋白含量变化，而进一步研究诱发老年性疾病的一些相关因素。方法邻苯三酚自氧法，终点法，速率散射浊度法。结果ＳＯＤ老年组２７５０±５２０ｕ／ｇＨｂ，对照组２８７０±５０３Ｕ／ｇＨｂ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＦＢＧ老年组６．１１±２．１４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，对照组５．０２±０．５７ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＴＧ老年组５．３９±１．１２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，对照组４．６７±０．７５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＴＣ老年组１．８５±０．４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，对照组１．４７±０．８７ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０５），免疫球蛋白含量老年组者较对照组低。结论反映出在肿瘤的发生、心血管疾病及感染中，老年组易感染性强。Objective In order to examine the related factors which lead to the aged disease, the content change of enzyme, blood sugar, blood-lipid and immunoglobulins is investigated.Methods tyrogallol auto-oxidized method, end-point method, the rate nephelometery.Results The SOD f the aged group is 2750±520U/gHb, the control group is 2870±503U/gHb(P<0.01). The FBG of the aged group is 6.11±2.14mmol/L, the control group 5.02±0.57mmol/L(P<0.01). The TG of the aged group is 5.39±1.12mmol/L, the control group is 4.67±0.75mmol/L(P<0.01) . The TC of the aged group is 1.85±0.84mmol/L and the control group is 1.47±0.87mmol/L(P<0.05) . The content of the immunoglobulins in the aged group is lower than the control group. Conclusions It is reported that there is an immersing tendency in the diseases of tumor cardiovascular diseases and the infections in the aged group.
