摘 要:目的探讨BACTEC-460在结核菌快速培养中的应用。方法应用BACTEC-460检测结核杆菌,并与涂片和改良罗氏培养法(L-J)进行比较。结果1068份临床标本BACTEC培养阳性269份(25.2%),阳性报告时间平均12.5天,培养污染27份(2.5%);BACTEC阳性率比涂片高18.4%,比L-J法高10.4%,差异有高度显著性(P<0.05);BACTEC快速药敏试验表明总耐药率为51.7%,药敏报告时间平均6.2天;快速菌型测试表明,结核分枝杆菌占97.4%,非结核分枝杆菌占2.6%;BACTEC快速培养报告时间比L-J法总计提前40天以上。结论认为BACTEC法是目前比较理想的一种快速检测结核菌的方法。Objective Study on application of BACTEC-460 in detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis was detected by BACTEC-460,and its results was comparied with smear and L-J culture method. Results the positive rate of BACTEC method was 25.2%, increasing 18.4% and 10.4% respectively comparied with smear and L- J method, its average reporting time was 12.5 days, and its culture pollution rate was 2.5%. The results of drug resistant test showed that the total drug-resisting rate was 51.7%, and its average reporting time was 6.2 days. In total of 269 culture positive strains, Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 97.4% and atypical Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 2.6%.
