摘　　要：目的探讨ＢＡＣＴＥＣ－４６０在结核菌快速培养中的应用。方法应用ＢＡＣＴＥＣ－４６０检测结核杆菌，并与涂片和改良罗氏培养法（Ｌ－Ｊ）进行比较。结果１０６８份临床标本ＢＡＣＴＥＣ培养阳性２６９份（２５．２％），阳性报告时间平均１２．５天，培养污染２７份（２．５％）；ＢＡＣＴＥＣ阳性率比涂片高１８．４％，比Ｌ－Ｊ法高１０．４％，差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＢＡＣＴＥＣ快速药敏试验表明总耐药率为５１．７％，药敏报告时间平均６．２天；快速菌型测试表明，结核分枝杆菌占９７．４％，非结核分枝杆菌占２．６％；ＢＡＣＴＥＣ快速培养报告时间比Ｌ－Ｊ法总计提前４０天以上。结论认为ＢＡＣＴＥＣ法是目前比较理想的一种快速检测结核菌的方法。Objective Study on application of BACTEC-460 in detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis was detected by BACTEC-460,and its results was comparied with smear and L-J culture method. Results the positive rate of BACTEC method was 25.2%, increasing 18.4% and 10.4% respectively comparied with smear and L- J method, its average reporting time was 12.5 days, and its culture pollution rate was 2.5%. The results of drug resistant test showed that the total drug-resisting rate was 51.7%, and its average reporting time was 6.2 days. In total of 269 culture positive strains, Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 97.4% and atypical Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 2.6%.
