摘 要:肾上腺髓质素(adrenomedullin,AM)自1993年发现后受到广泛关注,肾上腺髓质素在全身多个系统中均发挥重要作用,主要作用为扩张血管、调节体内水钠代谢、影响细胞增殖和凋亡、抗肿瘤细胞凋亡、促进肿瘤血管生成等,大量研究表明,肾上腺髓质素及其受体在女性生殖内分泌系统中有表达,并且肾上腺髓质素在正常妊娠的胎盘、子宫、母血和脐血中水平增高,并且发现肾上腺髓质素参与子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病、胎儿生长受限等病理性妊娠过程,提示肾上腺髓质素在妊娠过程中的作用具有多效性。就肾上腺髓质素及其受体在妊娠中的作用综述。Since its discovery in 1993, Adrenomedullin(AM) has been attracting increasing attention. AM has been shown to be widely distributed in peripheral organs, where it contributes to the dilation of vessels, accommodating the metabolism of liquid and sodium, and participating in the regulation of cell proliferation, apoptosis and angiogenesis in malignant tumors. AM helps maintain the balance in female reproductive-incretion, and the AM concentration in the placenta, uterus, maternal blood and cord blood increases during normal pregnancy. In some pathological processes, such as eclampsism, gestational diabetes meUitus, and fetal growth restriction, different AM blood levels have been reported, indicating the possible involvement of AM in these diseases.
