摘　　要：介绍了鲅鱼圈日产900 t活性石灰回转窑各部位结构特点、砌筑所需要的耐火材料及施工方法。提出了回转窑冬季砌筑施工中应注意的问题及产生质量问题的处理方法。This paper presents the structure features of all positions of the rotary kiln with 900 t/d activated lime in Bayuquan, and refractory materials used in masonry and its construction techniques, and puts forward the extra attentive problems during rotary kiln construction in winter and treatment methods for quality problems occurring.
