摘　　要：记述采自广东省广州市竹子上的额垠叶蝉属Mukaria Distant,1908(半翅目,叶蝉科,额垠叶蝉亚科)1新种,即黄褐额垠叶蝉Mukariatestacea sp.nov.。新种近似于竹额垠叶蝉M.bambusanaLiet Chen,1999,区别在于:新种体背黄褐色;尾节腹缘无突起;阳茎端部粗,端半不向背面弯折,背缘上的2对刺状突均斜指向侧基部。提供了新种的鉴别特征图。模式标本保存于贵州大学昆虫研究所。One new species of bamboo leafhopper genus Mukaria Distant,1908（Hemiptera,Cicadellidae,Mukariinae）,M.testacea sp.nov.,collected from Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,China,is described and illustrated.The type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Institute of Entomology,Guizhou University.Mukaria testacea sp.nov.（Figs.1-14）Body length（including teg.）：♂ 3.70-3.80？mm,♀ 3.95-4.20？mm.This new species is related to M.bambusana Li et Chen,1999,but can be easily distinguished from the latter by the following characters：body yellowish brown;pygofer without any process on ventral margin;aedeagus with apex stout,straight,with two pairs of processes directing to base of aedeagus.Holotype ♂,paratypes 4♂♂,21♀♀,Huanan Botanical Garden（23°08＇N,113°14＇E）,Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,22 Nov.2006,coll.by CHEN Xiang-Sheng.Etymology.The species name is derived from the Latin word ＂testaceus＂（pale brown）,referring to the body coloration.Host plant.Bamboo（Neosinocalamus sp.）.Distribution.Southern China（Guangdong）.
