摘　　要：本文分析计算了驻波声光调制器匹配网络中各元件参数大小,并确定制作了各元件,进行了匹配实验,提高了调制器的衍射效率,获得了较好的实验结果。并用于氩离子激光器中,实现了(?)模运转。Each element parameters of the match network in standing-wave acou-sto-optic modulater are analyzed and calculated. The elements have been designed and made based on the calculation.Diffraction efficiency of the modulator has been raised. The results obtained are satisfied. We have also used the modulator to an Ar+ laser, and mode-lecked operation has been realized.
