摘  要:目的探讨平板DSA的CT功能在椎体成形术(PVP)中的应用价值。方法68例椎体成形术,其中43例PVP在平板DSA下进行,作180度旋转采集数据,通过CT功能重建断层图像,进行定位、穿刺和观察骨水泥填充情况;25例PVP在传统型DSA下进行。术后行常规CT扫描了解骨水泥填充情况。结果平板DSA下44个椎体(PVP)中,38个椎体注射骨水泥的量超过椎体体积50%,5个椎间盘(11.63%)发生骨水泥外漏;传统型DSA下25例35个椎体PVP中,23个椎体注射骨水泥的量超过椎体体积的50%,12个椎间盘(34.29%)发生了骨水泥外漏(χ2=7.42,P<0.05)。结论平板DSA的CT功能使DSA与CT功能相结合,可增加椎体成形术的成功率,减少骨水泥外漏。Objective To explore the clinical value of flat DSA with CT function in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP). Methods Sixty-eight patients underwent PVP, 43 of these procedures were performed under flat DSA with CT function, the other 25 were performed under traditional DSA without CT function. All patients underwent routine CT scans postoperatively in order to understand condition of bone cement filling. Results Satisfactory filling (bone cement filling 〉50%)was obtained in 38 of 44 vertebral bodies of the 43 patients under the flat detector DSA with CT function with leakage in 5 discs (11.63 %), while in 23 of 35 vertebral bodies under traditional DSA with leakage in 12 discs (34.29 %, X^2 = 7.42, P%0.05). Conclusion Flat DSA with CT function can improve the successful rate of PVP and reduce the leakage.
