摘　　要：目的探讨旋转DSA三维重建数字减影血管成像(3DDSA)对观察血管空间解剖关系的价值。方法69例患者同时进行了常规DSA和3DDSA检查。常规DSA后进行旋转DSA检查,对旋转DSA采集的数据进行容积三维重建。由2位工作经验丰富的阅片者采用双盲法对2DDSA和3DDSA的图像进行分析。结果69例患者中,常规DSA诊断阳性病例65例(阳性率94.20%),3DDSA诊断阳性病例62例(阳性率为89.86%)。在常规DSA和3DDSA中,分别有44例(67.69%)阳性病例和62例(100%)阳性病例病变周围血管关系显示清晰满意。结论3DDSA能更清晰地显示病变血管及其与相邻血管间的关系,尤其对血管性病变具有重要价值,是对常规血管造影的重要补充。Objective To assess the value of three-dimensional digitai reconstruction angiography （3D DSA） in observation of vascular space relationship. Methods Sixty nine patients underwent 2D and 3D DSA. After standard 2D DSA, ro tational DSA was performed. Volume rendering images were created from the rotational DSA data sets. The images of 2D and 3D DSA were studied double 2 blindly by two experienced radiologists. Results The positive rate of conventional DSA and 3D DSA were 94. 20% and 89.86%, respectively. The relationship between the adjacent vascular display satisfied were 44 positive cases （67.69%） in conventional DSA and 62 positive cases （100%） in 3D DSA, respectively. Conclusion 3D DSA can more clearly demonstrate with the vascular of lesions and the relationship between the adjacent vascular, especially for vascular lesions. 8D DSA is a useful supplemented examination to conventional DSA.
