加味枇杷清肺饮治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎临床疗效及作用机理研究

摘　　要：目的研究加味枇杷清肺饮治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床疗效及作用机理。方法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予中药配方颗粒加减枇杷清肺饮内服连续4周,对照组给予伊曲康唑0.1g/次,2次/d,连续14 d,分别在疗程2周、4周、8周进行疗效评价,枇杷清肺饮的体外抑菌试验采用液基微量稀释法。结果治疗组2周有效率好于对照组(P<0.01);4周、8周疗效两组相近(P>0.1)。最小抑菌浓度(MIC)在1.25～5 mg/mL。结论加味枇杷清肺饮治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎有良好的临床效果;抑制马拉色菌生长可能是加味枇杷清肺饮治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的机理之一。Objective To study the clinical effect and the possible mechanism of the Pipa Qingfei decoction on malassezia folliculitis. Methods The patients with malassezia folliculitis were divided into two groups. The therapeutic group was applied with Pipa Qingfei decoction 100ml, twice per day for 28 days. The control group was provided with hraconazole 0.1 g, twice per day for 14 days. Evaluation of therapeutic effect was made at two, four and eight weeks after therapy begin. Liquid microdilution method was used on the minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） of Pipa Qingfei decoction. Results After two weeks, the general effective rate of the therapeutic group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.After four and eight weeks, the rates of these two groups were similar （P〉0.1）. The density of MIC was from 1.25 to 5mg/ml. Conclusion The Pipa Qingfei decoction has good therapeutic effect on malassezia folliculitis. Inhibition of the growth of malassezia is probably one of the mechanisms for the Pipa Qingfei decoction on curing malassezia folliculitis.
