清疣洗剂对尖锐湿疣皮损中朗格汉斯细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的通过观察清疣洗剂对尖锐湿疣(CA)皮损治疗前后朗格汉斯细胞(LC)数目及形态的变化来阐述其可能的作用机理。方法采用免疫组化方法测定治疗前后CA皮损中LC的数目及形态。结果CA标本中LC数目和正常成人标本中数目有明显差异,治疗前后的标本中LC数目也有明显差异,但痊愈的患者标本中LC的数目仍较健康成人LC数目少。正常组为14.95±3.72;治疗前CA组为5.90±2.77;治疗后CA组为11.29±4.15。结论清疣洗剂有可能通过改变LC的数目,达到增强局部免疫的抗原提呈作用。Objective To expound the possible mechanism of the Qingyou lotion through the change of number and pattern of Langerhans cells before and after the treatment of eondyloma acuminate （CA） by Qingyou lotion. Methods The number and pattern of Langerhans cells in skin lesions of CA was detected by immunohistochemistry before and after the treatment. Results The LC number of CA samples and normal adults had significant difference. The LC number of CA samples also had significant difference betore and after treatment. But the LC number of cured patients was smaller than that of healthy adults. The normal group was 14.95±3.72, and the CA group was 5.90±2.77 before treatment and 11.29±4.15 after treatment. Conclusion Qingyou lotion may enhance the immune antigen-presenting role through changing the LC number.
