摘　　要：颈内静脉扩张症是一种罕见疾病。作者报道1例左侧颈内静脉扩张症患儿,男,6岁,采用静脉成形术治疗,随访6个月无复发及并发症,并结合文献复习,对颈内静脉扩张症的临床特点、病因、病理、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后进行了讨论。Internal jugular phlebectasia （IJP） is a rare disease. In this paper, a 6-year old boy with left IJP was reported. Internal jugular vein plastic surgery was performed and there was no recurrence and any complications 6 months after operation. The literatures related to IJP’s clinical features,etiology,pathology, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, therapy and prognosis were reviewed.
