摘　　要：水轮发电机组甩额定负荷后过渡过程调节时间是考核水轮机调速器动态指标之一，本文通过对过渡过程的分析、实测和统计，对“水轮机控制系统技术规程”（ＩＥＣ４（秘）１０２）及“水轮机电液调节系统及装置技术规程”（ＤＬ／Ｔ５６３－９５）中有关条款提出修改建议，以提高规程的科学性、正确性。The transient process regulating time for hydrogenerator unit after rated load rejection is one of the dynamic performance indexes of turbine governor. through analyzing ,actual measuring and counting for transient process present some proposals to the relevant clauses in “ the turbine control system technical code ” ( IEC4 ( secret ) 102 ) and ' the turbine electrohydraulic regulating system and device technical code ' ( DL/T563-95 ) in order to raising the science and correctness on the code.
