一种改良的膀胱镜双J管置入法

摘　　要：目的:推广一种有效的经膀胱镜双J管逆行插管方法。方法:对一组需要留置双J管引流的患者,分别采用传统置管方法和改良置管方法进行插管,比较两组置管成功率及插管时间。结果:对照组8例采用传统置管法,只有4例一次成功,成功率50%,耗时15～60min,平均(25±3.5)min;实验组25例/次采用改良置管法,24例/次置管成功,成功率96%,置管需时5～15min,平均(8±2)min。两组对比,改良方法明显优于传统方法(P<0.05)。结论:改良双J管置管方法操作时间短,成功率高,患者痛苦小,值得推广。Objective： To evaluate a new method for retrograde double J tube placement by cystoscope. Methods： Two groups of patients were placed double J tube retrogradly by cystoscope using traditional method and new method, respectively. The success rate and operating time were compared. Results： In eight patients of control group, double J tube were retrocathetered using traditional method, only 4 patients （50% ）succeed, taking 15--60 rain（average 25±3.5 min） ; But in the new method group with 25 patients/times, 24 of them （96%） were technically successful, which took 5--15 min （average 8 ± 2 rain）. Conclusions：This new technique can reduce general anaesthetic use, take less time, and is more effective and successful.
