苄胺唑啉加间羟胺联合细辛脑治疗小儿支气管肺炎80例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察苄胺唑啉加间羟胺联合细辛脑佐治小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法:将住院170例支气管肺炎患儿按住院单双号分为观察组80例和对照组90例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用苄胺唑啉加间羟胺联合细辛脑静滴。比较2组治疗前后症状的缓解,肺部湿罗音变化和治愈率的情况。结果:治疗组加用苄胺唑啉加间羟胺联合细辛脑静脉滴注与对照组疗效比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:苄胺唑啉加间羟胺联合细辛脑静脉滴注治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效显著,值得在临床上推广。Objectives： To investigate the effect of Phentolamine and Metaraminol combined with Asarone on the treatment of Child Bronchial Pneumonia. Methods：clinical 170 cases of Bronchial pneumonia patients were divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group was given routine treatment and intravenous infusion of Phentolamine and Metaraminol com- bined with Asarone. The control group was given routine treatment. Compare the difference of them. Results：The effective rate of observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： the treatment of intravenous infusion of Phentolamine and Metaraminol combined with Asarone for children＇ s Bronchopneumonia have a significant clinical effect, it＇ s valuable for extension in treatment of Child Bronchial Pneumonia.
