摘　　要：目的:开发适合国内体外冲击波碎石临床及科研实际需要的软件系统。方法:首先将体外冲击波碎石的参数总结归纳成10类,共计90余种,再将上述参数编译为字母代码,构建参数代码库,建立"体外冲击波碎石术参数记述系统",为计算机管理准备条件。在此基础上,按照临床与科研需要设计系统的结构及功能模块,然后使用C++builder等语言编程。结果:体外冲击波碎石临床及科研软件系统由信息录入、数据库、检索、统计、系统管理等5部分组成,完成了对数据的录入、储存、检索、统计及安全保障等工作。其中以电子病例、代码录入、图解录入等多种形式实现信息的输入;录入的信息将自动进入数据库进行分类储存;通过该系统的简单检索或高级检索功能可实现对信息的分类查询;同时信息也可从数据库导入统计软件进行数学分析;录入的信息可自动生成各种表格,连接打印机后可打印输出;系统的加密程序保障了系统的运行安全。结论:计算机管理软件实现了对体外冲击波碎石临床及科研资料的高效分析管理。AIM： To develop an information system for clinical and scientific work of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy （ESWL） in China. METHODS： The information of ESWL was classified into 10 sections, over 90 kinds and translated into letter code to establish system for the description of parameters of ESWL. Based on this, we designed the structural and fictional models, and wrote the program using C＋＋Builder language. RESULTS： The system consisted of information input, database, searches, statistics, and security management. It can realize the information input, storage, searches, statistic, and security management. The information input was completed by case, code and chart, and the information entered into the database and was stored. The information can be searched or transferred into the statistic software. Moreover, the information can be automatically transferred into tables and be printed. The cryptographic program ensures the security of the system. CONCLUSION： The system exhibits effective analysis and management of clinical and scientific data of ESWL.
